Premium Mail is a natural extension of your email hosted by one.com, giving you access to additional features that make working with email more effective and help you improve productivity.
It can be activated on all email accounts that are hosted with one.com. We plan to keep developing new features to be added to Premium Mail over time and improve existing ones.
Note: Premium Mail is included with both the Expert and Guru plans, which means that all of the email accounts for all connected domains are covered.

Advanced search allows you to search through the body of your emails, instead of only the email header with the subject and recipients. This can be very handy if you are looking for an email with specific content. When you have a large inbox this can be like searching for a needle in a haystack.
By using specific search parameters you can narrow down the search even further. For example, only search for text in the actual email by placing "body:" in front of the words you are searching for, or only search for emails that had a certain email as "Cc" recipient.
With Mobile Sync you can sync your email, calendar and contacts across all your devices. It is based on Exchange ActiveSync, a protocol from Microsoft designed specifically for syncing to mobile devices.
The advantage of Mobile Sync compared to IMAP is that, besides email, you can also sync your calendar and the contacts in your address book. If your account is set up with Mobile Sync and you add a new appointment, it will automatically sync to Webmail and all other devices where you have set up your email.

How can I activate Premium Mail?
As long as an email account is created on a domain that is hosted with us, you can activate Premium Mail directly under Settings in the Webmail application. It is linked exclusively to your email account as a trial for new users and as a subscription with a small fee for each account afterwards.
Once you have used up your free trial, activating Premium Mail within Webmail will trigger an email notification to be sent to the subscription owner, to approve a paid subscription.
If you are the subscription owner, you can also activate it from Mail Administration in the one.com control panel for all accounts. You find Mail Administration by clicking on the Email tile.

How does it work with billing?
When you subscribe to Premium Mail, you are charged for the remaining months of the current subscription period. After this, it is billed yearly, together with your web hosting subscription. You pay for each email account for which you have activated Premium Mail.
Though it's possible to request activation of Premium Mail from Webmail, the subscription owner always needs to approve a paid subscription.
Tip: You can try Premium Mail for free for 60 days when you enable it for the first time on an email account. The trial will expire automatically, unless you sign up for a paid subscription.
