What is MiniCRM?

From the Website Builder dashboard, you can create a free 14-day trial of MiniCRM through a link.
At this stage, there’s no direct integration between Website Builder features (such as contacts, shop, or forms) and MiniCRM.
The trial gives you full access to all MiniCRM features to explore and test the system using your data.
How is MiniCRM billed?
MiniCRM is billed directly by MiniCRM, not through one.com.
You won’t find any information about MiniCRM in your one.com Control Panel.
You can access MiniCRM from the link in Website Builder or by logging in using the credentials created during your trial setup.
How do I cancel my trial?
The free 14-day trial doesn’t automatically convert into a paid subscription.
If you don’t select a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will expire without any charges.
What information is shared when creating a trial?
When you start a trial from Website Builder, the following details are shared with MiniCRM:
- Email address
- Domain name
- Customer ID
- Language
You’ll complete the setup directly within MiniCRM.
What if I delete my contacts or files?
MiniCRM performs regular backups to help prevent data loss. All data is securely stored on EU-based servers and is fully GDPR-compliant.
If data is deleted by mistake, recovery may be possible depending on the circumstances — but users are generally responsible for managing and safeguarding their own records.
