We hope you like our new Webmail as much as we do! You can let us know what you think by using the feedback button in the bottom left in Webmail. We appreciate all feedback.

Write emails faster with Aida

We all know that writing emails can take up a lot of time. That's why we've added our AI Assistant, Aida, to Webmail.

With Aida, you can write emails in no time: just tell Aida what you'd like to write, and it will generate a draft for you to adjust as you see fit. Open a new email or the one you want to reply to, then type your request for Aida at the bottom of the window. You can ask Aida to refine the draft further, or click Insert text to transfer it into your email and make any final adjustments manually.

Create and use templates

Save time by turning email drafts into templates you can reuse.

How to create a template:

  1. Write your email as you want to save it. Then, click the document icon in the bottom-right corner of the email composer in Webmail.
  2. Click Save draft as template.
  3. Give the template a name.
  4. Click Save.

How to use a template:

  1. Click the document icon in the bottom-right corner of the email composer in Webmail.
  2. Select a template from your recently used templates or click View all templates. If you use the latter option, just select the one you need from the list in the window and it will be applied to your empty email.

You can also add and edit your templates in Webmail under Settings > Email templates.

Tip: Want to add templates quickly? Tell the Aida AI writing assistant what you want to include and it'll help you generate your draft in seconds.

Send protected emails

Add an extra layer of security and restrict access to an email by marking the message as a Protected email. If you add this, the recipient will be asked to verify their identity with a one-time code before they can open the email. Access will also be time-limited.

  1. When composing an email in Webmail, click the padlock icon in the bottom-right corner of the email composer to mark the email as protected.
  2. Select the period for which the email should remain accessible. Once this period expires, the recipient will no longer be able to access the email’s content.
  3. Click Apply.

The padlock icon should now be blue, which indicates that the feature is active. If you want to switch it off, just click the icon again.

Change the appearance

You can customise Webmail's appearance by switching from light to dark mode.

Click on your email address in the upper right corner of your Webmail and choose Appearance to change it to the mode of your choice.

Attachments are easier to find

Email is a powerful and secure way to share files, and now we've made file attachments easier to find so that you won't miss any important ones.

Before you even open an email, you can see whether it includes attached files. You will now find the attachments at the top before the message text when you open the email.

Easy email actions

We've gathered all the most common functions in one place for easy access. Right-click any email in the list and take action without opening it, or click the three dots to the right.

More security with Login alerts

With Login alerts enabled, you'll receive an SMS whenever someone logs in to Webmail from another country.

Travel frequently? Add trusted countries to the list to avoid receiving SMS alerts when logging in to Webmail from these countries.

Click on the Settings in the menu to the left and select Login Alerts to enable Login Alerts.

Improved drag and drop functionality

With enhanced drag-and-drop, you can click and hold selected messages or folders and move them to other folders. It is an intuitive way to organise your Webmail.

You can, of course, also move emails by clicking the three dots on the email → Move → Choose a folder.

Create filters even more easily

Webmail filter automation helps you to save time. With a few clicks, you can set up custom actions and filtering.

You can, for example, send all future emails from a specific sender automatically to a chosen folder or mark messages from important senders with a star, so you don't miss them. Filters can also read the subject of an email, and for example, move all messages including the word "invoice" to a given folder. To learn more about when filters are helpful, check out this guide.

There are two ways to create filters: Click Settings in the menu to the left → Mail filters → Add mail filter.

The email can also be filtered by right-clicking and choosing Create filter, or by clicking the three dots to the right.

See how much storage you're using

To see how much storage space your mailbox currently uses, check the size of your email account in the lower-left corner. Your usage will be refreshed when you log in again.

Add Trusted senders

By adding an address to Trusted senders, it'll skip the spam filter, and you'll be sure that the sender's email always reaches you. This way, you won't miss out on important emails and they will not end up in your spam folder.

To add Trusted senders to your list, click the Settings icon in the menu to the left → Trusted senders → type in the email address, and click Add.
