How do I log in to Webmail?

To log in to Webmail, enter your email address and password on the Webmail login page. Once logged in, you can send and receive email from any device with internet access and a browser.

Before you can log in, you first need to create an email account.

• Step 1 - Go to Webmail on the one.com website
• Step 2 - Enter your details
• Step 3 - Done!

Step 1 - Go to Webmail on the one.com website

1. Open www.one.com in your browser.
2. Click the Login button in the top right corner and then choose Webmail. 

Tip: You can also go directly to the login page by typing mail.one.com in your browser.

Step 2 - Enter your details

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter the password that belongs to your email address.
3. Click on Log in.

Step 3 - Done!

You are now logged in. In Webmail, you can read and send emails, manage your calendar and collect contacts.
