You manage your email accounts in the one.com control panel. Click on the Email tile to open mail administration and create, edit, and delete email accounts and aliases. You can also set up email forwarding, change your password, enable the spam filter, and set up a catch-all address.

Additionally, you can enable or disable extra paid features. You can enable them per account unless it's already included in your plan.
Manage settings in Webmail
Once you have created an email address, you can also manage settings for that account in Webmail. Some actions, like changing a password you can do both in Webmail and the control panel. Other actions are only available in Webmail.

Send and receive emails in a client
You can set up your email account in a client such as Outlook with IMAP and SMTP protocols, allowing you to read and send emails outside Webmail. Note that you always need to manage your settings in either the control panel or Webmail.
