Changing the password (Control Panel)

Step 1 - In the control panel click My account

Step 2 - Click Account settings

Step 3 - Enter your old and new password

Step 4 - All done!

Step 1 - In the control panel click My account

Log into the one.com control panel and click on My account in the top right corner.

Step 2 - Click Account settings

Click Account settings in the menu that opens.

Step 3 - Enter your old and new password

1. Click Password in the top menu.
2. Type in your current password.
3. Type in your new password, two times.
4. Click Save.

Tip: A good password is easy to remember, but difficult to guess for others. For example, a password that exists out of several random words in different languages.

Step 4 - All done!

Your password has been changed. It may take up to 5 minutes before you can log in with your new password.

Tip: We recommend that you add a recovery email address and phone number. If you lose access to your primary email address, you can still obtain a one-time code to reset your password.
