How do I add a recovery email and phone number?
You can register an additional email address and phone number for password recovery in the one.com control panel. We can send the one-time code to this address or number if you forgot your password and also lost access to your contact email address.

- Log in to the one.com control panel.
- Click My Account > Account settings in the top-right corner in the menu that appears.
- Click Recovery in the top menu.
- Enter a recovery email address and, optionally, a mobile phone number.
- Click Save.
