How do I add a recovery email and phone number?

You can register an additional email address and phone number for password recovery in the one.com control panel. We can send the one-time code to this address or number if you forgot your password and also lost access to your contact email address.

  1. Log in to the one.com control panel.
  2. Click My Account > Account settings in the top-right corner in the menu that appears.

  3. Click Recovery in the top menu.
  4. Enter a recovery email address and, optionally, a mobile phone number.
  5. Click Save.
