Setting up Mobile Sync on iPhone

In this guide, we show you how to set up your email account with Mobile Sync (Exchange ActiveSync) in the email app on your iPhone running iOS 18.

Note: Make sure Premium Mail is enabled for your email account, before you start setting up Mobile Sync. Check our guide for more details: How can I activate Premium Mail?

Step 1 - Go to Settings > Apps

Open Settings on your iPhone, scroll down and tap Apps.

Step 2 - Tap Mail

Step 3 - Tap Mail Accounts

Tap Mail Accounts.

Step 4 - Tap Add Account

Tap Add Account.

Step 5 - Tap Microsoft Exchange

Select Microsoft Exchange as the account type.

Step 6 - Enter your email address

  1. Enter the email account you want to set up.
  2. Type in a description for the account.
  3. Tap Next.

Step 7 - Tap Configure Manually

Step 8 - Enter your password

  1. Enter your password, the one you also use for Webmail.
  2. Tap Next.

Note: If you get the option to type in server settings, enter the following:

Server: m.one.com

Domain: Leave this field empty.


Step 9 - Disable notes and reminders

Syncing notes and reminders is not supported at the moment, so we recommend disabling them.

Click Save to save your settings.

Step 10 - All done!

Your account is now set up, and your emails, contacts and calendar events will sync automatically.

Note: It may take a while until all your emails are synced and available on your iPhone.
