Your contact email address is very important. It is the username you use to log in to the Control Panel and also the address where you receive your invoices, password, and other notifications. This guide will show you how to update your contact email address through the one.com Control Panel.

- Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Step 2 - Go to Account settings
- Step 3 - Select subscriptions you want to change the email for (optional)
- Step 4 - Enter the new contact email address
- Step 5 - Click the link in the confirmation email
- Step 6 - All done!
Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
Log in to the one.com Control Panel and click on My account in the top-right corner.
Step 2 - Go to Account settings
Click Account settings in the menu that appears.
Step 3 - Select subscriptions you want to change the email for (optional)
If your email address is linked to several different customer accounts (with different subscription owners), you can choose whether to update the email address for all of them or only for specific ones.
You will see two options:
- Change email address for your user and all the web spaces connected to it.
- Change email address for selected customers.
Note: If you manage multiple domains under a single customer account (one subscription), you cannot update the contact email for only some of the domains under the same legal entity via the Control Panel. The change will apply to the entire subscription.
Step 4 - Enter the new contact email address
- Enter your new contact email address.
- Enter the password you use to log in to the one.com Control Panel.
- Click Save.
Step 5 - Click the link in the confirmation email
An email has been sent to the new contact email address with a link to confirm the change.
- Open your inbox and locate the email with the subject: "Change your email address with one.com".
- Click the link Change email address in the email to confirm.
Step 6 - All done!
On the next screen, you can see a confirmation that the address has been changed and what accounts are being managed under the new contact email address.
Here, you can also request a new password if you want to change your current one.
