How do I cancel my web hosting subscription?
Thinking about cancelling your web hosting subscription? This article walks you through the cancellation process. If there’s anything we can do to address your concerns or help you reconsider, please contact our support team before cancelling.
Cancel at least 30 days before the subscription period ends to avoid renewal. The yearly invoice is sent 60 days before renewal and includes the exact cancellation date.

- Step 1 - Go to "My products"
- Step 2 - Select what to cancel
- Step 3 - Type your password
- Step 4 - Done!
Tip: If you can't access your contact email address, you can fill out our cancellation PDF form. Please sign it, then send the scan or photo to our support as an attachment.
Step 1 - Go to "My products"
You start the cancellation from your one.com Control Panel:
- Log in to your one.com Control Panel.
- Click on My account in the top-right corner, then select My products from the drop-down menu.
- Click Manage to the far right of the domain you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel in the menu that appears.
Step 2 - Select what to cancel
On the next page, you select what you want to cancel. You can select the plan and keep the domain, or cancel the entire subscription by selecting the domain as well. Continue by clicking the Cancel products button.
Step 3 - Type your password
- Check the box if you want to transfer the domain to another hosting provider. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.
- Type your Control Panel password.
- Click the Cancel hosting plan button to complete the cancellation.
Step 4 - Done!
You will now return to the landing page of the Control Panel, where you'll see a notification about your cancellation. A cancellation confirmation will also be sent to your contact email address.
If you decide to keep your subscription, simply click Undo cancellation.
