The contact email address is used to log in to the one.com Control Panel, similar to how a user name works. We also use this email to send you the yearly invoice, reset password links, and other communications.
Note: For privacy and security reasons, our support team can't give out your contact details. If you need to recover or update your information, please use the available options mentioned below.
How do I find my contact email address?
You can send a password reset email to the registered contact email. This will help you identify which of your email accounts is associated with the contact email by checking which one receives the reset message.
Follow these steps to find your contact email address and also reset your password:
- Click here to reset your password.
- Enter your domain name (for example, one-example.com) and click Continue.
- Choose to receive the verification code to your contact email address.
- Check your inboxes for the email. Remember to check the spam folders.
- Copy the code from the email.
- Enter the code on the recovery page.
- Enter a new password.
- You now have access to all your login details.
I don't have access to the contact email address
