Follow this guide to set up Outlook 2016/13 on Windows with Mobile Sync (Exchange ActiveSync). The advantage of Mobile Sync over IMAP is that it also syncs your calendar and contacts. Before you can set up your account, you need to activate Mobile Sync for your email account. You do this from Webmail > Settings > Mobile Sync. Read our guide for more information.
Note: Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) is officially only supported on mobile devices. Microsoft may decide to stop supporting EAS in the desktop version of Outlook. Because Mobile Sync uses Exchange ActiveSync, it will then no longer work in Outlook for desktop. You can of course still use IMAP, to set up your account.
