Note: With the introduction of the new hosting plans we have stopped offering add-on domains. Instead, you can view your all domains under My account > Subscriptions. If you are still on an old Plus or Business package, continue reading this guide.
All domains that have the same email as user login can be found in the One.com control panel.
- If you have more than one domain under the same login, a green menu is visible in the top-left corner in the control panel.
- Click on the menu to open it and, click on a domain in the list to make that one active.
- If you see a red exclamation mark, this indicates something on the domain requires your attention, like for example, an unpaid invoice.
Note: Only domains that have the same login (email address) are listed. If a domain is missing, make sure to check the email address you entered when you ordered that domain, or contact our support.
