Why do prices change?
Prices can change for a few different reasons. The most common are:
Investing in better products and features
We regularly add new features, improve performance and enhance security. These improvements increase the value of our services over time and can influence pricing.
Higher costs from our partners
Some services rely on third-party providers, such as domain registries. When their fees increase, we may need to adjust prices to reflect the higher operating cost.
Rising operational costs and inflation
Inflation and higher energy costs increase what it takes to run our services. This includes paying fair wages to our teams and powering the servers that host your websites.
Our goal is to keep our products sustainable and valuable in the long term, while remaining fair and transparent about changes we make.
What we've improved over the past year
We’ve invested in improvements that make everyday tasks faster, clearer, and more secure for our customers. Some changes are easy to spot, while others run quietly in the background to keep things stable and reliable. Here are a few highlights:
A smoother Webmail experience
We rebuilt the Mail page for speed and stability, and added features like Undo Send to help prevent accidental emails.
AI image editor in Website Builder
With our AI image editor, you can now edit and enhance images directly in Website Builder using AI, without needing separate software.
An easier start on WordPress
We updated the onboarding wizard with AI-assisted content and refreshed our one.com plugin for a more intuitive setup.
New hosting platform
We introduced a new hosting platform designed to support future scalability and stability. Customers now have more control over their setup, including improved subdomain management. Migration to the new platform is underway. Our hosting remains exclusively European, and 90% of our data centres run on 100% renewable energy.
A clearer billing experience
We redesigned the Invoices page in the Control Panel to make it easier to navigate. Invoices are now simpler to find, and their status is clearer at a glance.
Mail in Companion App
You can now send and receive email directly from the one.com Companion App when you're away from your desk.

How do we inform about price changes?
We notify our customers at least 60 days before the start of a new subscription period. This gives you the time you need to review the changes and decide what’s best for you.
For significant changes, we’ll always notify you via email. For more details, refer to this regularly updated guide, which contains the latest information.
What can you do if you want to change your plan?
You’ll always have at least 30 days to make changes to your plans or add-ons after being notified of a price change. If you want to make changes, you can easily do this yourself in the one.com Control Panel.
