At one.com, you can access most of your services easily through your one.com Control Panel.
In addition, some services and systems, such as Webmail, WordPress and web space, can also be accessed in other ways and have their own, separate login details. In this guide, we’ll tell you how you can log in in to all of your one.com services and how to change or reset their login credentials.

Control Panel
Through the Control Panel, you can access most of your one.com products, such as Website Builder, WordPress and Webmail. In addition, you can manage your subscriptions, change your contact and login information, view and pay invoices, and more.
Where do I log in?
Go to our website at one.com and click Log in in the top right corner. Then, click Control Panel in the menu that opens:
How do I log in for the first time?
- Go to the Control Panel login page as shown in the video above.
- Enter your e-mail address and password:
- E-mail: The e-mail address you used when creating your one.com account.
- Password: After you have activated your order, we'll send a password creation link to your e-mail.
How can I change my login credentials?
- Change your password: You can change your password on the Account settings page in the Control Panel. See our guide: Changing the password (Control Panel)
- Reset your password: If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on this page by entering your contact e-mail address. See our guide: How do I reset my Control Panel password?
- Change your contact e-mail address: Your contact e-mail address is very important: you need to enter it when logging in to the Control Panel, and it is where we send your invoices and important information about your subscriptions. Website Builder
Where do I log in?
You can access Website Builder through the one.com Control Panel by clicking the Website Builder tile under Products. For more information, see our guide:
How do I manage my login credentials?
Website Builder can be accessed through the Control Panel, and it does not have its own login credentials. If you want to change or reset your Control Panel password, see the Control Panel section in this guide.

WordPress
If you have a WordPress website, you can manage it in WP Admin.
Note: Have you not started creating your WordPress website yet? First, you need to install WordPress. You can do this easily with our 1-click WordPress installation tool.
Where do I log in?
You can open WP Admin through the WordPress section in the one.com Control Panel.
Alternatively, you can type your WordPress website’s URL in your browser and add /wp-admin at the end. In this case, you will have to enter your WordPress installation's login details, which are different from your Control Panel login details.

Web space
For managing files in your web space, you have three options depending on your hosting plan: File Manager, SFTP and SSH. The easiest option is to use our File Manager.
If your website has a database, you can manage it in phpMyAdmin.
File Manager
With our File Manager tool, you can easily manage the files in your web space. You can access it through the Control Panel by clicking File Manager under Services. For more information, see our guide:
SFTP
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) is a secure way to manage and transfer files in your web space.
How can I use it? To connect to your web space with SFTP, you will need a third-party tool like FileZilla. See our guide:

SSH
SSH is included in our Enthusiast and Guru plans. It is a secure way to transfer and manage files in your web space.
How can I use it? To connect to your web space with SSH, you will need a third-party tool like PuTTY (Windows) or Terminal (Mac).

Database
If your website has a database, it is where all the files of your site are stored. For example, WordPress stores all your posts, comments and articles in a database.

Webmail
With Webmail, you can access your e-mail through browser without needing to install any apps or software.

You can log in to Webmail at https://login.one.com/mail by entering your e-mail address and its password.

VPS
VPS dashboard
You can manage your VPS in the VPS dashboard, where you can reboot it, change its password, create snapshots, and more.
How do I log in?
You can access VPS dashboard through the Control Panel by clicking the VPS tab at the top, and then the name of the Cloud Server. For more information, please see our guide.
How do I manage my login credentials?
VPS dashboard can be accessed through the Control Panel, and it does not have its own login credentials. If you want to change or reset your Control Panel password, see the Control Panel section in this guide.
Remote access
How do I log in?
To use remote access with your VPS, you will need an SSH program such as puTTy.
After ordering a VPS, you will receive an email with your VPS login credentials (hostname and password) for remote access. You can also see the hostname and IP address in your VPS dashboard.

Managed VPS
Plesk
If you have Managed VPS, you can manage it in the intuitive Plesk dashboard.
How do I log in?
You can access Plesk through the Control Panel.
