You can manage your subscription in the one.com Control Panel where you can change your plan, pay invoices, cancel your subscription or set up a new password. Here's a video that shows how to log in.
Your subscription consists of:
- Domain - your address on the internet, such as one.com.
- Hosting plan - includes web space and email, for example, Beginner or Enthusiast.
- Add-on products - optional features for your website and email, such as Website Builder Premium, Exchange, marketgoo, etc.
Domain
We register a domain on behalf of our customers for one year at a time and renew it yearly. The registry determines the rules and policies for a specific domain.

Hosting plan
You need a hosting plan to have a website and email on your domain. We offer different hosting plans depending on your needs. If you only need email, then try our email-only plan.

Add-ons
Add-on products offer extra functionality, for example, more advanced features for your website, ways to promote your site, or added security. They can be products we develop ourselves, such as Managed WordPress or 3rd party products.

How does renewal work?
Following the initial year, the billing occurs annually, and you receive an invoice 60 days before the renewal date. It's essential to renew your domain before its expiration, and during this period, you have 30 days to make any necessary changes or cancel the renewal.
Where do I find my invoice and payment methods?
You'll find your invoices in your one.com Control Panel under My account → Invoices in the top right corner. Payment methods can be found under My account → Payment methods.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your hosting plan(s), domain(s) and add-ons in your one.com Control Panel.
The subscription needs to be cancelled 30 days before the subscription renewal.
